By accessing or using FreshNest’s website and services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you disagree with any part, please do not use our services.


2. Service Booking

All appointments must be booked through our official booking system or customer support. You agree to provide accurate information and ensure access to the property.


3. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.

  • We accept credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and cash.

  • Late or failed payments may result in penalties or delayed service.


4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee.

  • You may reschedule up to 12 hours before the appointment without charge.


5. Customer Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Securing pets, fragile items, and valuables

  • Providing access to electricity and water

  • Sharing special cleaning instructions ahead of time


6. Liability & Damages

FreshNest is not liable for:

  • Pre-existing damage or undisclosed fragile items

  • Normal wear from product usage

  • Service interruptions caused by weather, traffic, or emergencies


7. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you're unsatisfied, notify us within 24 hours. We’ll send a cleaner back or offer a credit based on the situation.


8. Intellectual Property

All logos, branding, and content on the FreshNest website are the property of FreshNest and may not be reused without permission.


9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any legal matters shall fall under appropriate local or state jurisdiction.
