We want you to love every LUMORA candle. If you’re not satisfied, we’re here to help.


Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

  • To request a return, email us at support@lumora.com with your order number and reason.


Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used candles

  • Items purchased on sale or with promotional discounts

  • Custom or made-to-order candles
