Returns
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
To request a return, email us at support@lumora.com with your order number and reason.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
