Appliance Setup

Suburban Residence

For this project, VoltSure was tasked with upgrading a residential electrical panel and installing dedicated circuits for new high-powered appliances. The client had recently invested in an induction cooktop, double oven, and a central HVAC system—all requiring clean, stable power. We upgraded the main panel to 200 amps, ran new wiring, and added arc-fault breakers to increase safety. Coordination with the HVAC team ensured all systems were correctly configured. The result was a robust and efficient electrical infrastructure that could handle the demands of a modern kitchen and climate control.

VoltSure upgraded the panel and installed new circuits for high-powered appliances, enabling safe, stable power for kitchen and HVAC systems.

The Challenge of Project

The suburban home’s electrical infrastructure was not originally designed to handle modern high-powered kitchen appliances and HVAC systems. VoltSure had to first assess the panel’s capacity and safely upgrade it without compromising other active circuits. Installing dedicated breakers and running clean wiring through confined spaces, all while ensuring coordination with HVAC specialists, demanded close attention to timing, load balance, and code adherence to avoid future overload risks.

  • Upgraded the main panel with 200A capacity
  • Installed circuits for induction cooktop and double oven
  • Added arc-fault breakers for added safety
  • Coordinated with HVAC technicians for joint testing
  • Upgraded main panel from 100A to 200A capacity
  • Installed dedicated circuits for oven, cooktop, and HVAC
  • Mounted arc-fault and GFCI breakers for added protection
  • Coordinated electrical connections with HVAC technicians

The Result of Project

With the upgraded panel and dedicated circuits in place, all high-powered appliances and HVAC systems run efficiently and safely. The homeowner no longer experiences tripped breakers or voltage drops, and everything functions within spec. The client was especially pleased with the coordination between VoltSure and the HVAC team, resulting in a fully integrated solution.
