VoltSure was contracted to perform a full-scale electrical system upgrade in a newly renovated modern townhouse. The property had undergone extensive remodeling, requiring a complete overhaul of its outdated wiring to meet current safety standards and support modern energy demands. The client wanted an efficient, future-ready system that could power smart home devices, high-efficiency appliances, and an EV charger, all while maintaining energy savings.
VoltSure upgraded the entire electrical system of a renovated townhouse, installing smart-ready wiring, a modern panel, and energy-efficient lighting to support the homeowner’s advanced energy needs and lifestyle.
The Challenge of Project
This townhouse project required removing and replacing an outdated electrical system within a newly remodeled structure. The primary challenge was accommodating the client's request for smart features, high-efficiency lighting, and EV charging, all while working within finished walls and tight ceiling spaces. Ensuring every upgrade met current building codes and safety standards added to the complexity, especially with limited panel capacity and older wiring pathways that needed rerouting without structural disruption.
